General terms and conditions of DigitalEdge s.r.o.

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the relationship between DigitalEdge s.r.o., with registered office at Myslavská 443/167, 040 16 Košice, Slovakia, Company ID: 56713606, Tax ID: 2122409619, VAT ID: SK2122409619 (hereinafter "provider") and the customer (hereinafter "client") in the provision of services and rental.

2. Bike Rental

Bike rental is available upon prior reservation through the website, email, or phone. The client is required to present a valid ID when picking up the bike.

  • Minimum rental period is 1 day.
  • Rental price is listed with each bike on the rental page.
  • The client is responsible for the bike during the entire rental period.
  • In case of damage or loss, the client is obligated to cover repair or replacement costs.
  • The bike must be returned in the same condition as received.

3. Equipment Rental

In addition to bikes, we also offer rental of helmets, pumps, spare tubes, and basic tools. Equipment is available at discounted rates when rented together with a bike.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon bike pickup. We accept cash or bank transfer. A deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the bike in undamaged condition.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the rental start. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

The provider is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the bike or equipment. The client uses rented equipment at their own risk. We recommend wearing a helmet at all times.

7. Digital Services

Terms for digital services (IT consulting, digital transformation) are agreed upon individually based on a contract between the provider and the client.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Data is used solely for service provision and client communication. Clients have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

9. Final Provisions

These GTC are effective from the date of publication on the website. The provider reserves the right to modify these GTC. Updated GTC will be published on the website.
